A very clean, modern and quality apartment with a super central placement in relation to both the train station from Rome, beaches, shops and restaurants. A beautiful view from the kitchen/lounge over the beach and Mediterranean Sea. Despite being situated by the main road through Santa Marinella, and the train lines, the double glazed new windows did an excellent job at blocking out the noise. The whole apartment was well equipped and the silent air conditioning made sure the apartment was always cool after a hot day on the beach. We were met at the station by the apartment's owner and got lots of helpful information over a free espresso in the neighbouring cafe. All in all, an excellent experience that I'd warmly recommend to anyone. casa gabri Casa gabri is situated in Santa Marinella and offers a garden and barbecue facilities. We've also both wanted to come here for years and couldn't warrant the cost so it was an extra special treat even more so! I also HATE whenever this type of statement has been used on me BUT, I have worked in hotels and hospitality for 17 years since I was 16 years old. Ranging from 3-5 star properties in both Sussex and London. I can honestly say the organisation and set up for this style of accommodation is truly dreadful and unprofessional, I've never felt so let down or disappointed especially as it wasn't cheap! I do not know HOW their allocation breakdown is spread, but the accommodation would not even be worth £300 of the cost! I also have never felt the urge to complain on a accommodation stay, but there are too many factors that really spoilt the stay far and all before we had even checked out! I was left feeling extremely disgruntled and ripped off and also hugely upset and embarrassed that this was a gift to my fiancé and had let him down with this unpleasant stay. To make matters worse, I sent ALL of these comments whilst there to customer services and was contacted and asked to wait to speak to a member of staff before departing home.
